ReLoad Leadership

More of us are leaders than we realise. Whatever our setting, the influence we have can be significant. How do we shape this for good? How do we stay rooted, refreshed and ready to enable others to grow and flourish as God intends?

ReLoad Leadership is a winter weekend at CYE for those aged 20–35, designed to equip and encourage leaders in any industry or setting. Expect inspiring insight from selected keynote speakers, alongside seminars, time for reflection and personal growth, good food, good coffee and plenty of opportunity to connect with others.

Leadership can be busy and demanding, and making time to stop can sometimes feel counterproductive. ReLoad gives us space to do just that: to rest, learn from others, recentre on God and think about how our faith shapes the way we lead.

You'll stay aboard T.S. Resolute, our moored barge, with all accommodation and food included.
